Order Information
We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours.

Paying by Credit Car
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and Delta payments, secured through PayPal.

Payments will be made in UK pounds. If you are not using this currency, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency and debit your card accordingly. Your credit card statement will show a debit to “Laurel Productions”.
Making a purchase on-line could not be easier. Just browse our website and click the “Add to Cart” button next to the item you wish to purchase. A new page will be displayed showing the item in your shopping cart. If you wish to add more items to your shopping cart then click the “ Continue Shopping” button. If you have finished buying then select the “Secure Credit Card Transaction” option from the drop down menu and then click the “Purchase” button. You will then be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.

Paying by cheque
If you would like to pay via cheque, please email us [link to Contact us page] with your order. Please make cheques payable to Laurel Productions, and send to the address on the Contact Us page. Your order will be despatched upon clearance of the cheque.

Delivery Charges
Standard delivery charge is £2.50 per order to addresses in the UK. For delivery outside the UK the charge will be £3.50.

Discount Policy
We will automatically apply a 10% discount if you buy 2 CDs in any one order, and 15% if you buy 3 or more in any one order.

Returns Policy
We have a full money back lifetime refund policy (excl. P+P). Goods must be returned with the cellophane security packaging intact to be valid for a full refund. In the case of faulty goods, these items will always be replaced.

Privacy Policy
Laurel Productions collects on-line information for the sole purpose of serving you and under no circumstances do we disclose buyers' information to third parties.
