Laurel Productions is a new company formed in 2005. Laurel Productions has recorded a selection of self-help relaxation CDs called the Relax Into… series.
We have developed and produced this range of CDs, recorded to the highest specifications, which have content second to none.This unique series of self-help CDs can only be found on this website and is not available in the shops. Lynne, our renowned hypnotherapist aims to help and support others. Why don't we let Lynne explain a little about herself in her own words.

Hello, my name is Lynne,
I have worked for many years now helping and supporting others to improve their life in some way. I spend most of my day working either with individuals or groups of people. I wanted to be able to reach a wider audience, and so with the help of Laurel Productions we produced this set of CDs to enable you to achieve positive change in any area of your life.
My own life experiences, including working in an increasingly impersonal corporate environment for over 17 years, led me to search for a way of helping people deal with difficulties and imbalances in their lives. I embarked on a journey of continuous personal development, which has included programmes in psychology, psychotherapy, stress management, assertiveness, self-acceptance, counselling and hypnotherapy.

I now combine these therapies into an integrative approach to assist others in achieving an improved and more balanced way of life.
As well as having my own private practice, I also work in a private psychiatric hospital belonging to an independent national company that specialises in the treatment and management of mental health problems.

I hold full Medical Professional Liability Insurance.
